Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions and Digital Licenses

SQGATE offers digital software subscriptions ("SQGATE PRO"). Because our software is delivered digitally and unlocked immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a transaction is successfully processed.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your SQGATE PRO subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain access to the PRO features until your current billing cycle ends.

3. Exceptional Refunds

If you experience a critical technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service entirely, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund under these exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

4. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails or your card is charged but the PRO features are not unlocked, please contact our support team immediately. Any duplicate charges due to network errors will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
